„Become a digital Champion“ – etventure and Kienbaum at the Day of German Industry 2015
28. October 2015
German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Federal Minister of Economics Sigmar Gabriel both are guest speakers at this year’s Day of German Industry (second and third of November). British minister of finance, Osborne, also visited the event as a foreign guest of honor. In total over 1200 high-ranking visitors from economics and politics, including etventure and Kienbaum, visited this year’s Day of German Industry.
This year’s Agenda was once more characterized by Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0 (Industrial Internet): What can the German industry accomplish? And which political frameworks are required for an innovation-friendly Germany, in order to remain a leading industrial location in the 4.0-World.
Management and HR consultant Kienbaum and etventure were represented jointly at the Day of German Industry. The two companies which are connected by a high-performance partnership, strive to support businesses at the successful implementation of digitalization strategies.
According to the motto “Become a digital Champion” Fabian Kienbaum, managing associate at Kienbaum and Philipp Depiereux, Founder and Managing Director at etventure, offered essential insights into the implementation of digitalization in businesses:
- Success factors, procedures, and methods in the course of digitalization- from individual measures up to the setup of digital units and startups
- What does digitalization mean for the working world and how can the culture change be successfully implemented in businesses
- Concrete business examples from etventure and Kienbaum experience
- How are businesses, in general, doing, regarding the digital transformation and how can the industrial location be further supported in this direction
The Day of German Industry will be kicked off by a Press conference from BDI-President Ulrich Grillo together with BDI-Chief manager Markus Kerber. Next week we will give a retrospect of the event here.
